Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich was convicted, Monday, of 17 charges, including to sell the seat of President Obama’s old Senate seat and trying to shake down executives for campaign cash.
TJMS correspondent Roland Martin talked about the conviction this morning with Lynne Sweet of the Chicago Sun-Times, and they went in-depth about the former governor and Illinois’s corruptive history of politics.
